Terms and Conditions for Online Courses

Please read the following terms & conditions carefully. Any breach of these terms may result in a criminal offense being committed.

Registration for online workshop / sessions can be made online on our website www.aleyammamathew.com. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and by paying for the workshop/ sessions  accepts the terms and conditions.  You are also responsible for the accuracy of your personal details. You must make full payment at the time of registration.

Once your booking has been accepted you will receive welcome card  within 48 hours from the time of registration. Once your received the welcome card a contract exists between you and the trainer and all terms and conditions apply.

1.How to make a booking

  • 50 applicants per batch. Early applicants will receive priority during registration. The allotment are guaranteed once payment is received.
  • The Course and the relevant login details are solely for your use. Another party cannot use these details. The candidate agrees to not distribute the same to others.
  • If the trainer cancels the live online session, it will make it up by offering another  live online class, unless this is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances such as a natural disaster. If a student misses a lesson for any reason, trainer will not compensate such candidates, in any form or manner, for the same.

1.4 We reserves the right to expel a candidate  (without any refund) if he/she intentionally is disruptive, is rude to or who harasses any participant and/or staff member.

1.5 We reserves the right to terminate or reschedule Live Online Workshop. In such a case, we will offer students either   a) an alternative course time; or b) a refund

2.Price of Courses

2.1 All prices that are advertised on our website are correct at the time of booking.

2.2 Once you have paid for a workshop/session you will be sent email confirmation and welcome card within  48  hours of payment. If you do not receive an email then please contact us.

3. Procedure for cancelling a booking / refund

3.1 Written requests for transfers or refunds will be only considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Prolonged period of ill health certified by doctor and submission of scan copy of the doctor certificate.
  • Death or hospitalisation of an immediate family member and submission of scan copy of death certificate a or medical certificate

3.2 No transfers or refunds will be allowed for other reasons not listed above, or such as:

  • Travel
  • Marriage of self or family member
  • Personal commitments

3.3 Timeline for refund

  • Valid request received at least 72 hours before the course start date – 10% of the course fee will be deducted as administrative charges and 90% of the course fee will be refunded.
  • Valid request received at least 48 hours before the course start date – 25% of the course fee will be deducted as administrative charges and 75% of the course fee will be refunded.
  • Valid request received at least 18 hours before the course start date – 50% of the course fee will be deducted as administrative charge and 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
  • Valid request received 6 hours prior to the scheduled time before the course start – No refund

4. The Law and its Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of and in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the Law of the country [India] and the jurisdiction of any dispute will be District of Chennai without regard to its conflict of other jurisdiction.

5. Third Party Rights

A person that has no connection to the Workshop / session  shall have no rights in the contract.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserves the right to change any of these conditions at any time deemed necessary to reflect current market and economic conditions.

7. Acceptance of these terms and conditions

By reading these terms and conditions, verbally agreeing on the telephone or making payment on the website you are accepting all terms and conditions of Enjoy Online Courses
